Balmoral Retirement Village

During our discovery session we went through their website and they explained that their current site didn’t accurately represent them, their business or their values. It wasn’t selling the lifestyle of living in their beautiful retirement village.

This understanding laid the foundation for the websites primary purpose. Sell the lifestyle, build up the sale with positive psychological reinforcement and then makes it as easy as possible for the user to reach out.

In addition to this they also had a new development that they were launching for the further expansion of their retirement village and needed an easy way to be able to provide relevant information to those people interested.

This understanding of their challenges laid the foundation for the website’s primary purpose, using conversion centered psychological principles we curated the website’s design and call to actions to establish trust, authority and personality with an end goal of generating warm vendor leads.

We also integrated an appraisal booking system to make it super easy for vendors to schedule their property appraisal, removing further friction from the contact process.

In addition to this the secondary focus of the website was to save them time answering repetitive enquiries for additional property information that they aren’t able to provide on the big mainstream real estate websites.

We built them a new website that plays into their personality, establishes trust, sells the lifestyle, showcases the amenities they have to offer and instils decision making confidence.
