Graeme’s website lacked structure and didn’t reflect the value and professionalism of the very thorough services that they provide their clients.
Essentially Graeme had a very well-respected offline business, but his digital presence was severely lacking and hindering further business growth.
His website was taking 28 seconds to load, didn’t build trust with visitors and was above all confusing to navigate. These compounding factors meant that their website had been bleeding valuable leads for quite some time.
Taking into consideration Graeme’s goals, objectives, and current challenges we created a website plan and strategy to suit his situation.
During this project we put a big empathise on making the site very branded and user-friendly, the reasoning for this is that the sites primary purpose was to act as positive reinforcement for their other marketing channels to increase conversions.
There was also considerable focus placed on building trust with site visitors through the use of social trust indicators such as testimonials, this was particularly important for this project because trust is such a crucial factor in the decision-making process for insurance related decisions.
The secondary goal for this project was to help administration save time answering repetitive questions that could be answered through the website directly.
We manage to cut the website load time down from an average of 28 seconds to only 2 short seconds for the average user! This makes for a much more positive user experience which in turn increases conversions from site visitors to customers.
They have been receiving lots of compliments and positive feedback from their extensive network, and they now have a website that they can be confident sharing with prospective customers!
